Available APS Levels
- APS3 – Entry Level: Routine administrative and service tasks under supervision.
- APS4 – Developing: More autonomy; supports projects and interprets information.
- APS5 – Intermediate: Manages complex work, contributes to policy and stakeholder engagement.
- APS6 – Senior Specialist: Leads significant projects, provides expert advice, mentors staff.
- EL1 – Manager: Oversees teams, delivers strategic outcomes, manages stakeholder relationships.
- EL2 – Senior Leader: Directs divisions, shapes policy, advises executives, drives high-level decisions.

- Policy, Governance & Strategy – Policy development, governance frameworks, and strategic planning.

- Training, Capability & Learning – Workforce development and training program design.
- Projects, PMO & Agile Delivery – Project management and agile delivery roles.
