Monday to Friday - $37 p/h + Super, Kenwick location.
We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to act as the key link between customers, warehouse, transport, and operations, ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for your customers, managing day-to-day queries and coordination
- Build strong, long-term relationships through clear and professional communication
- Coordinate orders with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues
- Accurately process rates, charges, and customer data
- Maintain up-to-date records within the warehouse management system
- Track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including warehouse staff and fleet controllers
What you'll bring:
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; WMS experience advantageous)
- A team-focused mindset with a proactive approach
