Japanese-speaking Travel Consultant - Outbound to Japan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel itineraries for clients visiting Japan by creating tailor-made travel plans, preparing quotations, managing travel arrangements, and handling post-travel billing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized travel itineraries for clients visiting Japan, based on their interests, budget, and schedule
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for tours, accommodation, transportation, and activities
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including hotels, flights,(Amadeus, Sabre) rail passes, local transport, guided tours, and restaurant reservations
• Maintain strong communication with local vendors and partners to ensure smooth travel operations
• Manage booking changes, and problemsolving during clients' travels
• Process invoices, handle payments, and complete final billing and reconciliation after each trip
• Provide high-quality customer service and support before, during, and after travel

EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

• Experience in travel industry especially outbound experience is an advantage
• GDS experience such as Amadeus and Sabre
• Experience of issuing airplane tickets is highly considered
• Japanese proficiency
• English proficiency:
• citizenship, permanent residence, partner visa, unconditional visa holder
