Maintenance Coordinator

Our client is a global healthcare company supplying medical products and clinical solutions across Australia and New Zealand, operating from their manufacturing and distribution facility in Marsden Park, Sydney.
We are currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking initiative to keep a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment running safely and efficiently.
This is a practical, all-rounder maintenance role suited to someone from a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or facilities background who enjoys preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, facilities upkeep, and continuous improvement.
Location: Marsden Park NSW
Shift time: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across warehouse equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and proactively resolve problems
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment using ride-on sweepers and power washing equipment
- Carry out general handyman and site maintenance duties
- Assist with machinery relocations, installations, and upgrades
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors and external service providers
- Maintain WHS and compliance standards across the facility
- Conduct routine safety checks including fire exits, extinguishers, and common areas
- Use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and manufacturing operations
- Manage maintenance requests and work orders through MYBOS
Skills & Experience
- Forklift licence
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or facilities maintenance environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Someone proactive who enjoys hands-on maintenance and fixing things
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer and reporting skills
