Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our client's growing company in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working directly with customers, and is open to regular travel across Australia following a 6-month probation period.
In this role, you will provide profuct support, technical training, troubleshooting, and resolution of warranty-related issues to clients nationwide. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel across Australia to conduct on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance, auditing and repairs at client locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical and warranty-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Deliver product training and educational sessions both onsite and remotely to both new and exisitnig clients
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) standards at all times
- Support product testing activities and contribute to technical reporting
- Participate in trade shows and industry expos, assisting with product demonstrations
About You
- Relevant technical qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar field service or technical support role within Australia
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
