Our client, a growing and dynamic company in the FMCG industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join their Sydney team on permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step in or have a very little experience to Sales Rep and gain experience. Yes, full training will be provided. You don't need any industry experience you can learn when you joing the company. You will mainly focusing on maintaining good relationship wth existing clients as well as identifying new opportunities as well in multicultural and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Promote and sell our client's range of food products, tailoring solutions to client needs
- Conduct detailed client needs analysis and prepare persuasive proposals
- Assist with contract negotiations and follow-up to ensure successful closures
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, purchasing, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan and conduct regular client visits across Sydney and surrounding areas
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline in the CRM system
- Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to maximize sales outcomes
- Support the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, provide solutions, and contribute to team growth
About You
- 1-2 years of sales or client-facing experience preferred (entry level sales experience is preferred)
- Business level communication skills both Mandarin and English
- Valid driver's licence and confidence driving for client visits
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Full working rights in Australia
