What Your Next Role Looks Like In this role, you will:

- Manage daily store operations, including sales, procurement, logistics, and staffing

What You'll Bring to the Role
We are seeking someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of management experience in retail, food, or distribution
- Possesses business-level Japanese or Mandarin language skills, alongside business-level English proficiency
- Has excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Is eligible to work in Australia (Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, etc
- Physically fit
Working Hours
Permanent Full-time (5 days/week), 38 hours per week
※Store opening hours: Mon-Sat: 11:00-18:00 (Monday-Saturday), 12:00-18:00 (Sunday)
Salary
Competitive and above market standards (negotiable based on experience)
