As Store Operations Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping daily store operations-including sales, procurement, logistics, and team leadership-within a lively, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.

What Your Role Will Look Like
Lead a dynamic team of part-time and casual staff
Manage daily store operations: sales, procurement, logistics, and staffing
Collaborate with head office to shape operational strategy and improve processes
Make a tangible impact on store performance and team development
Occasionally handle physical tasks (e.g., unpacking 20kg tea cartons from monthly shipments)
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' management experience in retail, food, or distribution
Business-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills
Eligibility to work in Australia (Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, etc.)
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
Working Hours
Permanent full-time (5 days/week, 38 hours)
Store Hours: Mon-Sat 11:00-18:00 | Sun 12:00-18:00
Salary
Competitive and above market standards (negotiable based on experience)
