• 9:00-17:00 (1 hr lunch)
• This role is intended to be long-term

About the Role

This is an entry-level role, and the client will provide full training. No specific IT experience is required-just a few years of administrative or related experience in Australia
As a Procurement Officer, you will manage end-to-end purchasing for hardware, software, and services. You'll work closely with Sales, Project Delivery, and Finance to ensure cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing and terms
• Raise and manage purchase orders, track deliveries
• Coordinate software licensing renewals
• Support Sales and Project teams with BOMs and urgent RFQs
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain supplier performance and compliance records

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in administration or other office work in Australia
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is plus but not necessary
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excel and ERP knowledge is plus but not necessary
• Full work rights in Australia
• Japanese language proficiency required (business level)
