🔧 About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of both production and project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination from sales handover through to installation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee factory operations, manage project timelines, and lead teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across bespoke residential builds and large-scale commercial projects.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from sales through to installation
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, workflow, and productivity
- Plan and schedule production to meet delivery timelines
- Coordinate with builders and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain high quality standards and reduce rework or defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and site issues
- Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop production and factory teams
👷 About You
- Proven experience in aluminium window and door fabrication and installation
- Strong leadership experience within manufacturing or production environments
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and factory operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience with V6 estimating software and/or ERP systems (highly regarded)
