Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee and optimise manufacturing operations within a growing healthcare-focused organisation.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. You will lead a team, streamline processes, and play a key role in scaling production to meet increasing demand across the healthcare sector.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager
• Background in manufacturing, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, and quality control
• Experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards
