About the Role
As Business Change Manager, you'll act as the bridge between transformation design and on-the-ground execution. This role focuses on embedding change, ensuring improvements are adopted, sustained, and delivering measurable results.
You'll lead the people side of operational change while integrating Lean and Continuous Improvement principles into everyday operations. Partnering closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure new processes, systems, and standards land effectively across large-scale logistics environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Change management activities across logistics and contract warehousing sites
- Embedding Lean thinking, waste elimination, and standardised processes into operations
- Conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning
- Facilitating site-based workshops combining change adoption with CI tools (VSM, SOPs, standard work)
- Partnering with Operations, CI, HR, IT, and leadership teams to drive behavioural change
- Supporting training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation adoption
- Reinforcing CI routines, KPIs, root-cause analysis, and performance dashboards
- Coaching leaders and frontline teams to build long-term improvement capability
About You
You're a confident change leader who succeeds in large, complex operational environments. You know how to translate strategy into action and bring people along the journey.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in business change, operational transformation, or continuous improvement
- Strong exposure to Lean methodologies and CI frameworks
- Experience working closely with operational leaders in warehousing or logistics environments
- The ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels
