Work Type: Permanent
This is your opportunity to lead meaningful change within a global logistics organisation at a pivotal moment of growth, integration, and operational evolution.
Based at either the Hoxton Park or Eastern Creek site (40,000-45,000 sqm)-one of the largest logistics footprints in the region, this role sits at the centre of a complex, fast-moving environment where transformation truly matters.
About the Company
Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, operating across 90+ countries and delivering end-to-end services across freight, contract logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Following a major global acquisition, the business is entering a critical phase of integration and optimisation-focused on scale, efficiency, and service excellence across its Australian operations.
About the Role
As Business Change Manager, you'll be the critical link between transformation strategy and operational reality.
This is a hands-on role where you will embed change on the ground, ensuring initiatives are not just implemented-but adopted, sustained, and delivering results.
Working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll drive the people side of change, while integrating Lean and Continuous Improvement practices into daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end change management across warehousing and logistics operations
- Embed Lean principles, standardisation, and waste reduction into site practices
- Deliver stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness plans
- Facilitate on-site workshops combining change adoption with CI tools (VSM, SOPs, standard work)
- Partner with Operations, CI, HR, and IT to drive behavioural and process change
- Support training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation adoption
- Reinforce performance frameworks (KPIs, root cause analysis, dashboards)
- Coach leaders and frontline teams to build sustainable improvement capability
About You
You're a credible change leader who thrives in large, operational environments and knows how to turn strategy into action.
You bring:
- Proven experience in business change, transformation, or continuous improvement
- Strong grounding in Lean methodologies and CI frameworks
- Experience working within warehousing, logistics, or complex operations
- The ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders at all levels
- A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on real outcomes-not just plans
