 As the Inventory Supervisor at our Eastern Creek NSW Logistics site, you'll take ownership of inventory performance, leading a dedicated team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll be the key link between warehouse operations, customer service, and management, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and service.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of inventory controllers, ensuring daily tasks, cycle counts, and investigations are completed accurately and on time.
 
- Oversee inventory integrity across all warehouse zones, proactively identifying and resolving variances within WMS systems.
 
- Lead and coordinate stocktakes, audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to company and customer requirements.
 
- Partner with operations, planning, and customer service teams to maintain seamless product flow and data accuracy.
 
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly KPI and performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
 
- Act as the key escalation point for complex inventory issues and provide guidance on corrective and preventive actions.
 
About You

 You will bring:
 
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision within logistics or 3PL operations.
 
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced Excel reporting.
 
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
 
- Working knowledge of LEAN methodologies and a track record of implementing process improvements.
