About the Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy distribution centre, leading a capable team to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in warehouse operations while mentoring, guiding, and developing their team. You'll take ownership of inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, safety, and performance reporting, driving process improvements to maintain excellence across both B2B and online retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and precise order fulfilment.
• Organise and optimise warehouse space, stock movement, and storage systems.
• Measure and report on warehouse efficiency and team performance.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan rosters, allocate workloads, and manage priorities to meet daily and seasonal demand.

About You

You're a proactive and organised warehouse leader with a practical approach to management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in operational excellence, and motivate your team by leading from the front.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse systems, data entry, and stock control.
• Excellent planning and organisational ability.
• A current Forklift Licence
