Warehouse Team Leader

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operator or 2IC looking to take the next step into a leadership role? HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a respected organisation in the vehicle identification industry to recruit a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader in Truganina.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to grow into a leadership position, working closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily warehouse operations, motivate team members, and ensure smooth and efficient dispatch.

What You'll Do:

• Support and oversee warehouse team activities to ensure daily targets are met

• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency

• Provide training, feedback, and on-the-job support to team members

• Coordinate workflow to achieve 100% on-time delivery and quality outcomes

• Work collaboratively with operations and production teams to keep things running seamlessly

• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse systems and processes

About You:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse 2IC, Senior Operator, or similar role

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and dispatch processes

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

• Confident using computer systems and warehouse software
