                        Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex, business-critical initiatives? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager - Projects to lead the delivery of multiple operational and logistics projects across Australia.
In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, oversee site transitions, support customer implementations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, and external vendors-managing resources, mitigating risk, and continuously improving processes to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational and logistics projects, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved. 
- Oversee new site setups, warehouse relocations, and customer go-live implementations. 
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. 
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, landlords, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships. 
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
- Support performance enhancement across labour, equipment, and cost management. 
- Provide effective leadership to project teams-coaching, mentoring, and developing capability to achieve organisational goals. 
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale or multi-site projects, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or industrial settings. 
- Strong project management capability with a proven ability to deliver complex operational initiatives. 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all business levels. 
- Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and cost controls. 
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Business, Project Management, or related field). 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems (e.g. PROCARS, TANGO) highly regarded. 
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
