The Role
Working as part of a professional corporate hospitality team, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, partners and employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, working five 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
There may also be occasional evening events, with overtime applicable.

The Role
Working as part of a professional corporate hospitality team, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, partners and employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality, polished food and beverage service for clients, partners and employees.
- Take and prepare beverage orders, providing professional, discreet and attentive service.
- Prepare boardrooms, meeting rooms and event spaces for client meetings, executive meetings, conferences and functions, ensuring they are immaculately presented.
- Provide attentive waitstaff service throughout meetings and functions, anticipating guest requirements while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with audio-visual, video conferencing and meeting-room technology.
- Clear, reset and restock meeting rooms following each booking, maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the day.
- Monitor catering and hospitality supplies and assist with stock control, ordering and replenishment.
- Assist with corporate functions, client events and special occasions, including occasional evening and off-site events.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to provide a welcoming, sophisticated and seamless client experience.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, polished, reliable and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional service.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous hospitality, food & beverage or retail experience – preferred but not essential
- Current RSA certification
- Coffee machine or barista experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, polished and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Confidence working within a collaborative team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a corporate environment
