Japanese-Speaking Finance Manager

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a global company.
The role scope will be adjusted to suit the successful candidate's strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and statutory financial statements
- Participate in finance and process improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with JSOX and corporate governance
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, budgets, cashflow and forecasts
- Support internal audit and compliance activities
- General accounting including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS
- Support banking, accounting, and tax matters
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA qualified or studying are advantageous
- Similar experience
- Selfmotivated, deadlinedriven, and a strong team player
- Strong English communication; Japanese skills beneficial
- Problemsolving mindset and strong work ethic
