Business Development Manager - Disability Sector

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Relationship / Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the continued growth and success of our services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored, person-centred solutions.
- Identifying Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and drive business growth from initial contact to contract closure.
- Pipeline Development: Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective networking, lead generation, and proposal development through a CRM.
- Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide clients with an exceptional experience.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's sales and marketing strategy to drive business outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: preferably within the disability or human services sector. Aged Care experience is a bonus.
- Client Relationship Management: A proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and growing business from existing portfolios. Cold calling will be needed.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the disability services sector, including funding models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to translate client needs into tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Impact: A deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
