Right now, an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire our fantastic team of 10 Customer Service Officers nationwide.

- Work closely with the General Manager of Logistics in a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with day-to-day involvement.
What You'll Do
- Drive excellence in customer service from order to delivery.
- Mentor, train, and develop your team to achieve KPIs and exceed expectations.
- Oversee workflow, manage customer accounts, and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide hands-on support, lead by example, and resolve challenges with professionalism.
- Manage high-volume orders, quotations, returns, and credit claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years in a similar role - timber, building, or construction industries highly regarded).
- A natural leader and team player with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential; SAP experience highly desirable).
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is looking for a long-term career.
Essential Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia - permanent role
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
