Diesel Technicians - Field Service & Workshop | QLD & NSW

We are currently seeking multiple Diesel Technicians to join a growing service team across Berrinba (QLD) and Yennora (NSW). Opportunities are available for both Field Service Technicians and Workshop Technicians, offering excellent earning potential and flexibility.

🚛 Field Service Technician (QLD & NSW)

About the Role
Working on the road across Brisbane/Sydney and surrounding areas, you will carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
• Attend breakdowns and provide efficient solutions
• Work independently to troubleshoot faults
• Deliver strong customer service while representing the company
• Assist in the workshop when required

What's on Offer

• Base salary approx. $110K+
• $150K+ with overtime (50+ hour weeks)
• Opportunity to work up to 60 hours/week for increased earnings
• Variety and autonomy in a field-based role

🔧 Workshop Technician (QLD & NSW)

About the Role
Based in the workshop, you will service and repair new and used equipment in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair equipment
• Conduct diagnostics and fault finding
• Work across a range of new and used machinery
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop

What's on Offer

• Base salary approx. $95K+
• $135K+ with overtime (50+ hour weeks)
• Overtime available up to 60 hours/week
• Stable, workshop-based opportunity

👷 About You (Both Roles)

• Trade qualified Diesel Fitter / Mobile Plant / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and work ethic
• Customer-focused approach (especially for field service role)
