Our Client
Our client is a boutique, high-end travel agency in Ballan, Victoria, where tours and experiences are tailored to individual interests, schedules and budgets. Holidays are as unique as their customers.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Travel Administrator to join their close-knit team and help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As a Travel Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring a seamless experience for their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing bookings and reservations for flights, accommodation, tours and transport
Processing payments, invoices and confirmations
Maintaining accurate client records and travel documentation
Liaising with airlines, accommodation providers and tour operators
Preparing itineraries, quotes and travel documents
Assisting with visa, passport and travel insurance requirements
Supporting promotional campaigns and general office administration
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be proactive, customer-focused, and enjoy being part of a small, supportive team. Previous experience in travel administration or the tourism industry is a plus, but your willingness to learn and genuine interest in travel are what matter most.
