We are currently seeking an Administrator for our client on a permanent full-time basis in Epping.
Our client is a well-established global manufacturing company operating since the 1930s. They specialise in the production of high-quality voltage switch gears and transmission equipment, supported by highly experienced engineers who cater to customer-specific requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reputable organisation with a very long-business history in the industry here in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and daily operational support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating with internal departments including production and logistics
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Supporting scheduling and order processing
- Maintaining inventory records and assisting with stock coordination
- Providing administrative support to management as required
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm)
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, proactive, and professional work attitude
Location & Commuting
The office is located in Epping.
Please note: There is no train station nearby and public transport access is limited. Commuting by your own car is highly recommended.
