A well-established international accounting firm, providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and advisory services to a wide range of clients in Australia and abroad. The firm is known for its collaborative, supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. You will work closely with both Japanese and local clients, gaining valuable exposure to cross-border accounting and business practices.

Work Arrangement:
Remote work is possible after a certain period; however, initially, the role will be office-based until onboarding and training are completed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax-related roles

• Basic knowledge of accounting and a strong willingness to develop a career in accounting or taxation

• Japanese language ability (reading and writing) preferred, as most clients are Japanese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-level English

• Visa: Only candidates with full Australian working rights such as Permanent Resident, Partner, Australian Citizen or a valid visa with at least 2 years remaining such as graduate visa will be considered for this position.
