About the role
You will support the delivery of marketing activities across the HOBAN Recruitment Group, working with the Marketing Manager.
You'll support a range of marketing activities, including social content, client and candidate attraction campaigns, and the creation of marketing and sales materials.
This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone with some experience who wants a well-rounded marketing position.
What you'll be doing
- Create and format content across blogs, EDMs and websites
- Support and create social media content
- Prepare presentations, capability statements and client documents
- Assist with campaigns, reporting and internal marketing
- Support events and brand initiatives
About you
- Previous experience in a marketing or marketing coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding proofreading skills
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Experience creating written marketing collateral
- Confident using MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) to create client-facing materials
- Able to manage time and work independently when needed
- Experience with WordPress or other website CMS is desirable
- Degree not essential, practical experience valued
- Excited to learn, develop skills and use emerging tools
