Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence across key healthcare channels.

You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships within the medical field, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.

This is a dynamic role offering frequent global travel, giving you the opportunity to engage with international stakeholders and represent the business on a global stage.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management

• Exposure to or experience within the healthcare industry (highly desirable)

• Demonstrated ability to build and grow business relationships

• Experience working with or selling into pharmacies, medical specialists, GPs, or wholesalers is advantageous

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Valid driver's licence

• Ability to work from the Northern NSW/Gold Coast based office
