EL2 Master Scheduler

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL2 Master Scheduler in DEAKIN, ACT to play a critical role in delivering a complex portfolio of interdependent programs. About the Role

• Develop and maintain a fully integrated master schedule across multiple programs and projects, acting as a single source of truth
• Manage scheduling across a complex portfolio of 16 interdependent projects, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
• Lead dependency mapping and critical path analysis, identifying upstream and downstream impacts
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis, including what-if scenarios, float and slippage assessments, to inform delivery
• Provide clear, actionable insights and reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Partner with PMO and delivery teams to uplift scheduling capability and improve best practice approaches
• Ensure data quality, schedule integrity, and audit readiness across all scheduling activities
• Support development of executive dashboards, roadmaps and milestone reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler managing integrated schedules in complex environments (not solely Project Management)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule risk management
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity
• Experience working within a PMO or portfolio environment
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Background in government or regulated environments is highly regarded
• AGSVA Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance is desirable
