About the Role
HOBAN is seeking a highly experienced Master Scheduler (EL2) to support a major, complex program of work within a government environment. This opportunity will see you working across a portfolio of 16 interdependent projects, driving integrated scheduling practices that support successful delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across multiple programs and projects
- Identify and manage cross-program dependencies, including critical path impacts
- Provide detailed schedule analysis (critical path, float, slippage, scenario modelling)
- Support delivery confidence assessments and executive decision-making
- Align schedules with strategic priorities, funding constraints, and delivery timelines
- Maintain high-quality schedule data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Support development of executive dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting
- Uplift scheduling capability across PMO and delivery teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler in complex program environments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in dependency management, schedule risk, and critical path analysis
- Experience working within a PMO or portfolio function
- Ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity focus
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments
- Current AGSVA Baseline clearance (or higher)
