Role: EL1 Project Coordinator (New Framework Planning) ($602.55 per day)
Location: Hybrid (Office location will be your elected / closest local branch)
Full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, enabling a healthy work-life balance and time.
Overview
This role leads and coordinates the delivery of complex projects within a large scale government program environment. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic priorities.
The position combines hands on delivery leadership with governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and team management. It plays a key role in supporting executive decision making through high quality insights, structured planning and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end project delivery across multiple streams
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts
- Provide governance reporting, briefings and executive papers
- Coordinate planning across interconnected workstreams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change processes
- Engage stakeholders across government and delivery teams
- Track delivery outcomes and benefits realisation
- Lead and develop team members
Key Requirements
- Experience delivering complex projects in multi stream environments
- Strong governance, reporting and coordination capability
- Knowledge of government frameworks and program delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes
- Experience with project methodologies and tools
Ideal Background
- Government program or transformation experience
- Project or program coordination qualifications or equivalent experience
Working Environment
- Hybrid role with office and remote work, computer based work and collaboration in shared environments
