Training & Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Manager to lead and enhance the end-to-end training and competency framework within a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.

Location: Frenchs Forrest NSW

Length: up to 12 month + Contract available

About the Role

This is a senior training and compliance leadership role within a GMP-regulated biotechnology manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organisation's training and competency framework, ensuring employees meet regulatory, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing training programs, competency assessments, and qualification pathways for manufacturing employees.
• Maintaining training compliance, audit readiness, and retraining programs
• Leading the training component of new product introductions, manufacturing systems implementations, and process changes.
• Acting as the primary training and compliance contact for TGA, ISO 13485, and FDA audits.

About You

• Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training, quality, competency, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or tertiary qualification desirable
• Experience designing and managing competency-based training systems
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and TGA requirements
