We are seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Manager to lead and enhance the end-to-end training and competency framework within a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
Location: Frenchs Forrest NSW
Length: up to 12 month + Contract available
About the Role
This is a senior training and compliance leadership role within a GMP-regulated biotechnology manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organisation's training and competency framework, ensuring employees meet regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing training programs, competency assessments, and qualification pathways for manufacturing employees.
- Maintaining training compliance, audit readiness, and retraining programs
- Leading the training component of new product introductions, manufacturing systems implementations, and process changes.
- Acting as the primary training and compliance contact for TGA, ISO 13485, and FDA audits.
About You
- Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training, quality, competency, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or tertiary qualification desirable
- Experience designing and managing competency-based training systems
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and TGA requirements
