We're growing our Queensland team and are looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow an Industrial desk. This is an exciting opportunity to build your own market with the support of an established recruitment brand, leveraging warm introductions, existing networks, and your ability to develop strong client relationships that generate repeat business.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent placements, partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs while building a strong network of quality candidates.

About the Role
- Build and grow an Industrial recruitment desk across temporary and permanent recruitment
- Develop client partnerships through warm introductions, referrals, networking and relationship building
- Establish trusted relationships with hiring managers to generate ongoing recruitment opportunities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement and account management
- Source, screen, interview and place quality candidates across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction and blue-collar roles
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools
- Manage onboarding, compliance and placement administration
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
About You
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Trades or Blue Collar recruitment
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Confident identifying opportunities and growing business partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
