Workforce Planning Specialist

HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a large Federal Government agency to fill two exciting opportunities within a newly established enterprise workforce planning function. We are seeking experienced professionals at both the EL1 Workforce Data Analyst/Specialist and EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist levels to help shape workforce strategy, planning and decision-making across a complex national organisation. 

These roles will play a critical part in delivering workforce insights, forecasting future workforce needs, assessing workforce risks and supporting evidence-based decisions through the integration of workforce, operational and financial data.

Available Opportunities EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist Lead the development of enterprise workforce planning methodologies, governance frameworks and workforce scenarios to support executive decision-making. You will provide strategic advice, influence senior stakeholders and establish sustainable workforce planning capability across the organisation. 

EL1 Workforce Data Analyst / Specialist Drive workforce analytics by collecting, validating and analysing workforce, financial and operational data. You will create reporting, insights and visualisations that support strategic workforce planning and organisational decision-making.

• Scenario planning, forecasting and workforce modelling.
• Workforce demand and supply analysis.
• Data interpretation and evidence-based decision making.
