Driver - HR

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced HR Driver for a casual assignment with a well‑known building supply distribution centre located in Smithfield, NSW.
This role offers an opportunity to start on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to permanent employment based on performance and business requirements.
You will be based in the Smithfield warehouse and complete deliveries across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Available Shifts (Monday to Friday):

• Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Overtime may be available depending on workload

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operating HR trucks (manual transmission/spilt shift)
• Completing deliveries throughout the Sydney region
• Assisting with manual unloading at delivery sites when required
• Using RF scanners to manage orders
• Ensuring safe, accurate and timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining a professional standard when representing the client

About You:

• Current HR licence with relevant driving experience
• Confident driving manual vehicles
• Suitable driving record
• Experience in transport, warehousing or distribution environments
• Physically capable of assisting with manual unloads
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
• Available to work Monday to Friday on a casual basis
