Labourer / Landscaper

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated outdoor labourers to join a well-established organisation delivering essential maintenance and landscaping services across the local area.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy physical, outdoor work and take pride in maintaining public and shared spaces to a high standard. Multiple positions are available for the right people.

About the Role

You'll be working as part of a supportive and safety-focused team, carrying out a range of general labouring and grounds maintenance activities. The work is varied and may change day to day, offering consistent hours and long-term opportunity.

Key Duties May Include:

• General labouring and manual handling tasks
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, whipper snipping, pruning and planting)
• Assisting with parks, gardens and roadside maintenance
• Loading, unloading and transporting tools, equipment and materials
• Operating and maintaining hand and power tools in a safe manner
• Driving and operating vehicles up to MR (if licensed)
• Following safety procedures and work instructions
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Providing reliable support to supervisors and crew members

About You:

• Hold a valid MR driver licence (highly advantageous)
• Current construction induction card (White Card) or willing to obtain
• Previous experience in landscaping, labouring, maintenance or similar outdoor roles is highly regarded
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Happy to work outdoors and in different locations
