HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Project Co‑ordinator / Scheduler to support a high‑profile, complex program environment to work in any client location across SYDNEY.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Master Scheduler who thrives on integrating timelines, managing dependencies, and delivering meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
About the Role
- Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules across multiple delivery streams
- Align project timelines, resources and dependencies to ensure cohesive program delivery
- Identify and manage critical paths, risks and schedule impacts to maintain delivery confidence
- Coordinate planning cycles, workshops and updates across a complex portfolio
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate strong collaboration across project managers, delivery leads and PMO functions
- Maintain high standards of schedule integrity, baseline control and data quality
- Lead and develop planning capability, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs

About You
- Demonstrated experience as a Master Scheduler in complex, multi-program environments (not solely project management)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
- Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule risk management
- Proven ability to translate complex schedule data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, integrity and quality of schedule data
- Experience working within a PMO or portfolio management function (desirable)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience in government or highly regulated settings (desirable)
- AGSVA Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance (desirable)
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
