HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive APS4 Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support within a dynamic government environment located in a selection of SYDNEY client offices or WOLLONGONG NSW.

About the Role
- Provide high-quality executive support including diary, inbox, meeting coordination, travel, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation for committees and projects.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines, adapting quickly to changing demands.
- Prepare briefing materials, responses to correspondence, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support administrative, personnel, and financial processes as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Apply sound judgement to resolve routine issues and escalate matters appropriately.
- Contribute to efficient office operations, process improvements, and team effectiveness.

About You
- Demonstrated experience providing executive or high-level administrative support in a corporate or government environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Sound judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong document and records management capability.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player who contributes positively to team culture.
