EL1 Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 level Scrum Master / Agile Lead to join a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) team located at any of our Client sites in Sydney.
This role is pivotal in embedding Agile ways of working and building sustainable capability within a multidisciplinary environment.
About the Role
- Design, establish and embed an Agile delivery framework tailored for L&D projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and upskill L&D staff to build internal Agile capability.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritise delivery backlogs aligned to strategic outcomes.
- Implement delivery tools, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

About You
- Demonstrated experience establishing Agile frameworks in new or evolving functions.
- Proven success as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Coach.
- Strong coaching skills to uplift Agile capability across teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Desirable: Certified Scrum Master or equivalent, qualifications in learning design or education technology.
- Experience in public sector or large organisational learning environments is highly regarded.
