HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS 6 level Case Manager to join a dynamic External Review team within a federal agency based in PARRAMATTA NSW. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex matters and contribute to meaningful outcomes for Australians with disability.
About the Role
As an APS6 Case Manager, you will:
- Undertake end-to-end case management of external review matters.
- Interpret legislation and policy to resolve complex and sensitive issues.
- Apply dispute resolution methods and attend case conferences, conciliations, and hearings.
- Prepare detailed documentation and resolution options for case management meetings.
- Assess and respond to priority and risk matters impacting participants and scheme sustainability.

About You
You will bring:
- Ability to manage a portfolio of complex and sensitive matters, adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in administrative law, case management, or dispute resolution.
- Desirable qualifications or experience in law, therapy (OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy), insurance, or prior NDIA experience.
