HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Project Coordinator to support delivery within a large, complex program environment. This role will suit a highly capable professional with strong scheduling, governance, and stakeholder management experience. This role can be located in ANY of our client's MELBOURNE locations.
About the Role
- Lead and coordinate project delivery across complex, multi-stream programs
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment across delivery streams
- Monitor performance, manage risks, dependencies, and changes to keep projects on track
- Provide high-quality reporting, insights, and briefings for senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Support program governance, including steering committees and executive reporting
- Coordinate planning activities, workshops, and resource prioritisation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives

About You
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar, managing integrated schedules in complex environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent tools)
- Strong skills in dependency management, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data quality and schedule integrity
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within a program or PMO environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Desirable:
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with portfolio/program management functions
- Current or eligibility for AGSVA Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance
