- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries via face to face, phone and digital channels
- Providing clear, accurate information and guidance to stakeholders
- Managing shared inboxes, appointments and administrative workflows
- Delivering reception support and assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring accessibility of services
- Escalating and resolving enquiries or directing to appropriate services
- Strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Comfortable working with systems and digital tools
- A team-focused approach with a positive and adaptive attitude
- Experience within government or human services is highly regarded
