Customer Service Officers

We are seeking 2 x experienced Customer Service Officers to join a busy Service Desk team supporting business systems across a large government environment.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume support environment and enjoys solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support via phone and email
- Manage system access requests and user enquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and functionality issues
- Support systems including finance, HR, and procurement platforms
- Work collaboratively to meet team targets and service standards
About You
- Proven experience in customer service / call centre environments
- Background in Accounts Payable or Receivable
- Experience with systems such as Basware and CHRIS21
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high workloads
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months)
