- Some travel and onsite engagement required
- Rate: $82 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Change Manager to lead a critical risk initiative within a blue‑collar operational environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering end‑to‑end project and change outcomes, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, governance, and safety.
You will work closely with Health & Safety and operational stakeholders, supporting committees and governance forums, and developing practical materials and processes to embed critical risk awareness and controls across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project and change management activities to deliver a critical risk initiative
- Engage with Health & Safety stakeholders and operational leaders
- Support governance forums, including preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and briefing documentation
- Develop and implement materials and processes to embed critical risk (including toolbox content)
- Design and deliver project documentation, reporting, and change artefacts
- Provide onsite consultation, communication, and project support as required
- Ensure effective project, committee, and change governance
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in Project Management and Change Management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in operational or blue‑collar environments
Desirable:
- Health & Safety experience or exposure
- Experience supporting governance committees and regulatory framework
