About the Role
This position provides high‑level administrative and coordination support to leaders and project officers, with a strong focus on conference and event administration, document preparation, and financial processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support conference and event arrangements, including venue and catering bookings, travel and accommodation, registrations, and preparation of materials
- Provide high‑level administrative support, including word processing and document layout using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Prepare reports, correspondence, invitations and promotional materials in line with organisational procedures
- Process accounts for payment, including Basware invoices and travel/accommodation reimbursements
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar ASO3/ASO4 administrative role
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with conference, event or program support
- Experience processing invoices and reimbursements (Basware desirable)
Pre‑employment Requirements
- National Police Clearance (issued within 2 years)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
