HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Superannuation Administrator to join a well-respected South Australian Government department that provides superannuation services to public sector employees. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process superannuation contributions and member account updates
- Respond to member enquiries via phone and email
- Manage applications and generate confirmation correspondence
- Maintain and update confidential member records
- Deliver professional and timely customer service
About You
- Proven administrative experience in banking, finance, or superannuation background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Quick learner and adaptable in a fast-paced team setting
Mandatory Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 2 years)
