ASO3 Level Call Centre Officers - Hotline Support (4 Positions)

                        We are seeking 4 x ASO3 level staff to join a professional public sector team that provides essential support and information services to the community in relation to agriculture, aquaculture, and regional industries across the state. This team plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate responses to public enquiries, helping to maintain important community programs and services.
Location: Adelaide CBD
 Hours: rostered over the 7 days period working 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays
 Engagement: Initial 4-week contract with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a public hotline, responding professionally and efficiently to incoming calls 
- Manage high-volume enquiries with empathy and accuracy 
- Maintain records of calls and escalate issues as required 
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service coverage over weekends and public holidays 
Preferred Experience:
- Prior call centre experience 
- Familiarity with Genesys telephony systems
