We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer for a short-term assignment supporting a government-focused Enterprise Program Management team.
About the Role
You will provide expert program management, governance, and coordination support across strategic public health initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help plan, implement, and evaluate key strategies that improve outcomes for communities across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide high-quality governance and program management advice to senior stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and professional documentation.
- Support development of policies, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver evidence-based outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience in program or project management within government or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, policy, and strategic planning processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
