Production Worker:

We are currently seeking experienced Production Workers to join a reputable pharmaceutical company based in Dandenong. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term stability, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Position Details:

• 4 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Pay rate starting from $31 per hour plus super
• Ongoing opportunity with pathway to permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Packing, labelling, and conducting quality checks
• Working in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Maintaining a clean and compliant production environment
• Following strict health and safety procedures

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of GMP and quality standards
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to consistent shifts
• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (required due to permanent opportunity)
