HOBAN Recruitment is seeking highly professional and qualified First Aid Personnel to provide on-site medical support during a major event at the Adelaide Showgrounds. This is a casual engagement for skilled individuals who are reliable, alert, and experienced in emergency response in a public or event environment.

Shift Hours:
Between 7:30am and 5:00pm (exact hours may vary depending on event requirements)
Remuneration:
$37.35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and emergency care to event attendees, staff, and participants in accordance with current First Aid standards.
Assess and respond promptly to medical incidents, including injuries, illnesses, or emergencies.
Maintain accurate incident and treatment records.
Liaise effectively with event staff, security personnel, and emergency services as required.
Ensure that all medical equipment and first aid supplies are correctly maintained and ready for use.
Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, risk management protocols, and event-specific procedures.
Key Requirements:
Current and recognised First Aid certification (mandatory).
Proven experience providing first aid in events, public gatherings, or similar settings preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
