Machine Operator

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking reliable Labourers/machine operators to join a busy manufacturing and production environment located in Horsley Park. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who can demonstrate initiative and are comfortable with repetitive physical work.

Days:
Monday to Friday
Shifts
6am to 2pm OR 8am to 4pm $31.19/hr

Key Duties:

• Assist with general manufacturing and production processes
• Follow workplace procedures and maintain safety standards (WHS)
• Repetitive manual handling of up to 15kg
• Support production line operations as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Assist team members to meet daily production targets
  
  About You:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of workplace processes and procedures
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 15kg)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• LF forklift licence (highly regarded)
• Willingness to rotate duties where required
