Machine Operator

HOBAN is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for an exciting Machine Operator opportunity within a well-established production environment. Morning Shift: Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday - 2pm - 10pm
Location: Erskine Park
Duties of the role:

• Machine operator - operation and monitoring production machinery
• Process work - working on a production line packing product into boxes
• Conduct visual inspections to check product quality and consistency
• Wrapping and labelling pallets
• Manual handling up to 25kgs
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Meet hourly and daily production targets consistently
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or technologies
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on workplace safety

About You:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet daily targets and demand
• Understanding of proper manual handling techniques
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
• Previous machine operating experience
• High attention to detail
• Able to follow safety protocols
