About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position combining pick packing and forklift operation:

• 70% Pick Packing / Order Fulfilment
• 30% High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operation

You'll be working with tile products, so physical fitness is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and packing of orders
• Operating High Reach (Electric Reach) and Gas Counterbalance forklifts
• Loading/unloading trucks and replenishing stock
• Manual handling of products (up to 25kg)
• Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse
• Meeting daily dispatch targets with a focus on accuracy

About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence with High Reach experience
• Background in warehouse pick packing and forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work

The Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:50pm
• Location: Laverton North VIC
• Salary: $60,268 + Super (Permanent Full-Time)
